Kishan Dale Walker born on the 26th of March is an aspiring Jamaican reggae/dancehall artiste. He started performing on stage professionally using the name ‘King Wass’, of the Gallawass Crew, of which he was the founder. He now goes by the name “Lone Gallawass or Gallawass” for short. He has done several outdoor live performances and radio interviews in the past. Gallawass has worked with some of Jamaica’a top producers, such as Steven Ventura, Wee Pow of Stone Love, Mikey Bennet along with the late, great Sugar Minott. Gallawass has a unique style, voice, and presentation, regarding himself as a melodious vocalist. He writes his material and tries to encapsulate that moment, emotional mood, or cry he is in. This is evident in his new singles like “Diamond Criss”, “Life Is A Gamble”, “Rebel In The Streets”, “Brain Food”, “Mek Wi Dweet: and “Party Wid Di Starz” just to name a few. On the One Drop Riddim, he is just as good, if not better with songs to come like “Herbalist Come to Town”, “Too Much A Dat” “Caah Laff Affa Mi”, and “Tuff and Hard”. Gallawass’s music is enlightening and loaded with Jamaican Rasta Graphic Language and universal language. It’s something promising, bringing world music with a difference, new music to the world!
